Ong Wins 2025 American Chemical Society Award
Congratulations to Phyllis Ong for winning the 2025 American Chemical Society Award!

This annual award is given to a senior with an outstanding academic record who has also done excellent work on a research project or independent study dealing directly with applied chemistry. She was nominated by Professor Marc Porosoff.
Phyllis also won a Best Presentation Award at the 69th Annual ACS ROC Collegiate Research Symposium. This one-day symposium, held at RIT, highlighted research conducted by current undergraduate and master’s students across the Rochester area.
