The 2026 Fall 134th Topical Symposium of the New York State Section of the American Physical Society was held at the University of Rochester on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The topic of this year's symposium was Advanced Materials for Extreme Environments.
Pouria presented his collaborative work on implementing strength in Flash code. The work benefits a broad base of community users and directly supports our team's efforts to develop computational tools to study materials under extreme strain rates and energy deposition.
