David Lippman wins Hilbert Memorial Optical Design Competition

David Lippman was recently selected a recipient of the Synopsys 2018 Robert S Hilbert Memorial Optical Design Competition. Lippman received the award for his work: “The Design of a High Zoom Ratio Riflescope.” Congratulations David!

The annual competition is open to students in North America working toward a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree who utilize Synopsys' optical software solutions to perform optical design and engineering research. The awards are granted to students who have submitted papers that demonstrate optical design excellence.
